Khanna Residency — Hotel in Saket

SUMMARY: This is the equivalent of a two-star hotel in India. For US$55 dollars per night you can do better. The basics are provided but it is dingy and not very clean and the showers only sometimes have water. Staff struggle to communicate with English-only speakers.

PROs: They do have A/C which the staff request that you turn off when you are not in the room (and if you leave it off they will come in and turn it off). The beds are king-sized and okay but not great. Breakfast is included. It is basic but sufficient (eggs, tea and toast or roti). They deliver breakfast to your room. There is a flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi (both worked).

CONs: The rooms we not filthy but they were not well cleaned. The king-size bedding was odd, the top sheet was only half size (single bed size) and it neither covered your feet or your shoulders (just your ankles to your chest). Odd. We asked for a king-sized sheet they gave us a second single sheet. Not perfect, but it worked. This is a newly renovated hotel in South Delhi upmarket area.||Just 5 mins from Delhi Metro Station. Very well connected by auto / taxi services. Just 5 minutes walk from PVR Saket shopping complex that houses Dominoes / Pizza Hut / Cafe Cofee Day/PVR cinemas etc....||The rooms are immaculate, staff courteous & helpful. Price is very reasonable for this kind of luxury and includes complementary breakfast. Food is especially good !||But if anything goes for this hotel its location ! Peaceful and safe location. It's the Most Pathetic hotel .. The manager Sunil Sharma is most ruthless and rude person I've ever come across in the Hospitality .. He doesn't know how to talk to the guests . He's highly illiterate and has no decency to talk to his guest . He's more of a Goon then a Hotel manager . This hotel is highly NOT recommended . Please avoid staying at this property .
