The PVR Anupam Saket is a beautifully built cinema with all the facilities, but the management here is the worst I have ever seen.

Starting with ticketing, they do not have a box office. Instead, they have a kiosk system that does not work properly. I made my selection and completed the payment, but then it said "Technical issue. Could not be completed. Please contact ticketing agent." The ticketing agent was rude and it took me 25 minutes to get the issue resolved.

In the F&B section, the agent was standing at the counter but did not take my order. After a long time, another person took my order without my permission. He added his own toppings to my burger and charged me for them. When I asked him about it, he started arguing with me.

Inside the auditorium, the person sitting next to me was chewing pan masala the whole time. The smell was so strong that it filled the entire hall. I don't know how the management allows this.

The washbasin in the restroom was full of red stains. After paying a premium and expecting a good experience from a brand like PVR, this was really unbearable.
