The stay was good and the food was also "Sort of good " This is a very good place to stay and enjoy the view Always take the super deluxe room and try to take the upper floors as much as possible on order get the best possible view of the mountain the scenery And the food 🍴🍕🍔 options provided to the guest is ok and the food quality is also good but there is a problem that they generally mess up your order happened to me "twice" So please make sure you clarify your order The staff are very friendly and tourism and taxi service for "site seeing" is also provided by the hotel which is great 👍 they took Rs 3300 for 5 places they have their package listed down in the paper just ask the manager down in the reception And the wifi is there BUT only available near the reception it is free and the speed is also ok Yeah if u wait in the reception ask for the password. Horrible Hotel. I stayed in hotel on 8th and 9th May 2024. I paid more than Rs. 6000/- per day for 3 star deluxe room through Back 2 Holidays travel agent. They allotted me a room in basement which was very bad in shape. No cleanliness, no hygiene and very small room. The staff was lso arrogant and you can not eat if you see the condition of kitchen. I sent the photos to travel agent but they not responded. The room quality was not better than Rs. 900/- per day teriff. Even few cockroaches ware also seen in the bathroom. In morning there was electricity power cut, so they were reluctant to provide hot water. Upon requesting they provided hardly half a bucket of hot water. I think they have deliberately treated us badly since we were having a booking through travel agent. I hope nobody shall opt for this hotel. Carpet in room was so dirty, I asked them to remove it. One of the best 3 star hotels in Pelling. Located closer to Pelling helipad. The rooms have excellent view of Mt. Kanchenjunga. The hotel manager was a nice and polite person. Rooms were big, clean and well maintained. Bathrooms were also bigger with hot and cold water. Every room was provided with complimentary 2 tea bags, milk and sugar which the guests can prepare themselves using the electric kettle provided in the room. Extra bed was available on request after paying extra charge. The best part was food. Food of the hotel was excellent. Everything that we ordered was delicious. Service was very good and prompt.
