Hotel Mystic valley — Hotel in Sikkim

We had a very worst experience with this hotel and its owner Mr. Anirban Chatterjee. They had a very unprofessional approach towards their guests. The rooms and washrooms have damp walls and very bad smell in and around the kichen area of its sister concern hotel ospite residency. The owner managed the trip to North Sikkim and provided a home stay which was not matching with the one he has committed to provide. The homestay was very far from the road and we had to carry our own luggage. More over he despite knowing the fact the 6 adults and a kid was travelling there, the owner of mystic valley provided us two rooms and where only 3adults and a kid can sleep. Before booking he committed to provide a nice hotel at lachen which he failed to. The car provided to North Sikkim was a old one not upto the mark as committed by him. We paid the amounts as and when demanded by the hotel owner but did not receive the service as committed by him and complained it to him, he (the hotel owner Mr. Anirban Chatterjee of mystic valley, gangtok) as a matter of grudge and ego did not provide us the car back to NJP inspite of taking the amount before hand and we were about to miss the train but some how we on our own managed a card back to NJP. More over 5 people from our group suffered serious abdominal trouble after having food here.. it was our worst experience ever in a trip. This type of hotels should be blacklisted from every segment. The hotel owner (Mr. Anirban Chatterjee) did not miss out on the point of threatening us though. The property is very far from MG Marg and taxi charges about 300-400...

Worst service @ Hotel Mystic valley in gangtok city and staff behaviour was poor and food service,water service, tea / coffee service insufficient also.Door lock is broken. Geyser of the room is properly not working. We were went from Kollkata to gangtok via Agent Kinkar Roy and Palash Sarkar.They are also agent of hotel mystic valley and they are also not helpful with us actually & also a lot of commutation gap with hotel owner Mr. Anirban Chatterjee. Like which types of room allocateted for us. Management & also hotel owner didn't knowing. we was reaching hotel mystic gangtok on 11.10.2021 & we was waiting hotel premises near about 1 hour because, management team already allocate our room to another guest. Hotel owner was saying Mr.Palash Sarkar is one of agent of hotel mystic but, he didn't know what conversation between guest and his agent Mr. Palash Sarkar we are very much dissatisfied with hotel mystic service about guest. Not recommend to other relatives to visit mystic valley...

This is great and very well maintained property and at a very reasonable rate. Though a bit away from mg road, it still won't disappoint you at any cost.||Lifts are hard to find in any of the hotels in sikkim, so do not go with that expectations, the hotel staff is courteous enough to carry your luggage.||Speaking about the rooms.||We were 5 people and got accommodated in the large room near reception, the room was very neat and hygienic.||Vivek is a great gentleman to interact with and takes care as if you are at his home.|||| Very careful towards your need and comfort.
