KFC — Restaurant in Sikkim

I encountered the rudest and most nonchalant staff during my visit to order takeout. I waited in line for about 10 minutes, and when it was finally my turn, the person taking orders told me to go to someone else, saying she wasn't taking orders anymore. Without any fuss, I joined the other line. After waiting for about 15 minutes, that person pointed me back to the first girl, who was now taking orders from other customers, and told me to place my order there. I had been craving KFC, and waiting nearly 30 minutes just to order was incredibly frustrating. Being sent back and forth while hungry was irritating, and the least they could have done was apologize. Instead, they were completely nonchalant and showed no concern for their customers. I went there to order some food at kfc and waited at the line patiently, when my turn came, the counter lady told me they didn't have what I was ordering, I changed my order but she kept refusing. And took orders from other local people. (I ordered same from zomato later and received complete order) obviously she did not want to take my order. Maybe she had a problem with my hindi,looks,race or something. But it gave me a bibe that I should not return to this beautiful state again,as I felt the same a few times during my two day stay.. So we ordered kfc bucket from home in DPH it’s like 10 to 15min away and me and my siblings right after 1hrs vomited. First headache and stomach bloating and vomit. When the package reached it wasn’t properly packed also it was cold and I was doubtful. it wasn’t even crunchy yet we wanted to eat so ate anyway! and this happened. I’m never ordering online again and you shouldn’t too. Please take care of your customers this is really not good I hope nobody go through this.
