Extremely Disappointing Stay – Not Worth the Money

I had a very unpleasant experience at Breeze Valley Residency in Yelagiri. The condition of the room was extremely poor – the furniture was old and worn out, with the bed cots literally duct-taped together. The blanket provided was so old and uncomfortable that it caused itchiness, and the cupboards looked disgusting, as if someone had vomited in them.

Basic hygiene seemed to be completely neglected. The wash basin appeared as if it hadn't been cleaned after installation, and I found hair clogging the sink. The towels provided were stained and clearly unwashed. It was shocking to see such a lack of cleanliness in a place that charges as much as this.

To make things worse, the atmosphere was noisy and chaotic. Other guests were making loud noises past midnight, making it impossible to get any sleep. Just when we thought we could rest, the water tank started overflowing, followed by more disturbances early in the morning. We barely slept and honestly felt like running away.

AM resort - This resort accepts multiple booking on the same day. We had booked this resort and when we went to check in we were told that the resort is full and we cannot check in at this resort. The owner of AM resort owns another resort Breeze valley which is 2 km further from this resort location. They asked us to check in at Breeze valley. We had no choice, so we went there and checked in. The room was dirty, bathroom lock was not working and it was stinky. There was a lizard in the room. No proper ventilation. My stay was( Breeze Valley Residency) wonderful! The room was incredibly clean and spacious, with fresh linens and a very comfortable bed. The bathroom was well-equipped and spotless. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make sure my needs were met. I particularly enjoyed the beautiful view from the room and the well-stocked mini-bar.
