Neat and clean Rooms !!! This Hotel is my pitstop place with family while traveling from Chennai to Kerala or long distance. Located very near to National Highway. The best things about this place: Very neat and Spacious room. Very neat washrooms and all toiletries provided. Ample Car parking facility. Reception and billing process is fast. A very decent place to stay with family. I have stayed in this property 3 times and didn't face any inconveniences or issues Note : They don't have a restaurant facility, but they provide you food by getting parcel from nearby restaurants. Hospitality not upto mark as declared on website visible at the time of booking of Luxury tripal AC room. 47 items were found listed during the online booking but actually not available. 2. No food security found as restaurant is not available however booking offers is with free breakfast. 3. Communication is big issue as Receptionist knows Tamil language only. 4. The room is great but their service is very average. They don't have proper drinking water. Their parking is a big let down. We were forced to park the vehicle outside, since the neraby mandapam people parked their vehicles in this lodge. The most scary part is, None of the people in service know driving yet they want the car key for parking adjustment. Thank god, I didn't give. But some poor soul has given their vehicle and they dashed the car in a bike parked inside the lodge. Pheww... never gonna visit here with the car. Will definitely try if I come by walk.
