Krish Residency — Hotel in Tamil Nadu

The experience we had prevents me from rating this hotel. I checked in this hotel yesterday evening. I had booked 2 ac rooms for 4 of us which include my parents of age 84 and 78. I spoke on April 19th and 20 th and booked 2 ac rooms for 2 days. Mr Cheriyan spoke and confirmed our booking . Again last month end and again 2days back called and confirmed two rooms for two days. All went on well till this afternoon. When we returned exhausted from our pilgrimage trip (6am to 3pm) the person at reception asked us to vacate by 6pm saying we booked for one day. After a heated argument and after our calls to cheriyan were went unanswered we vacated and went to another hotel. The person at reception didn't feel sorry or not helpful even for the aged people. Spoke unfriendly and rudely. I am unable to express our mental agony and overall a bad experience and a lesson not to believe completely...

This place is cash only. Rooms were clean & well maintained . Definitely if I rate the hotel on the basis of room it would be 10/10 but sadly there are other aspects too. There were no soaps, towels provided in the room, so complementary breakfast is far enough to be taken into consideration. Room were full of mosquitoes at night please feel free to bring mosquito racket. Room size was inversely proportional to the room no. ,which means the higher your room no. Was the smaller its size would be. Always ask for room in ascending order . First ask for 101 ,if not available go for 102 etc etc. Don't pay more than 1500₹ for any room .All transaction would happen through cash & if you see empty rooms you would have upper hand in...

Located in the heart of the town is the one and only positive point . The rooms are in the second floor , senior citizens will find it difficult to climb a few steps to take the small size lift . There's no room service guy to take your luggage. Rooms are average , nothing to complain about the restrooms . They're not sparkling clean , but better compared to the hotels in small towns . Tariff is about 1800/ for a double room . There's no designated Parking slot , though vehicles can be parked on the roadside . Tip - Carry your own water bottle, towels...
