Prefer if you want to stay there without any plan to move anywhere in Ooty, as no convenience available due to hight, no shops for flooding, or any other things like soap, shampoo or any basic things as owner will not provide anything even fresh water besides rooms with bed etc. so if you want to stay there bring food, specially dry because fridge, gas stoves, and other kitchen item not available and due to hight it is not possible to manage grocery and flooding etc. only go there for sleep after having your dinner and leave it in the morning for breakfast and others before going there bring following Grocery 2 gas stove or induction with other utensils 3 soap, towel, toothbrush tooth paste Some dry foods like biscuit 5 . Genuine review : pathetic absolutely worthless -Unhygienic / not safe in this covid times - rooms are not cleaned for ages u can find personal belongings of previous guests hanging (underwear) in washroom Parking - no parking/ difficult to park on that narrow steep lane of road no service - u will not have any help from the owner or arrangements if needed guest needs to go down all time which is much difficult U can find much better option than this

It is good place to stay with family. The owner was very helpful and kind. The view was fab from the cottage. Only difficulty was food which you need to go downhill 1 kms. If you have a own transport it would be good. Swiggy orders are not available after 7.30pm. So you need to eat in hotels nearby and return to cottage if you don't have own transport.
