It is a busy restaurant in this part of the town, and has rush during the season days and weekends. Food is generally good, had dined twice during my recent Ooty visit.
The lunch service can be frustrating & chaotic, mainly cos of the crowd. They have quick service and most items we ordered were good (in taste & quantity).
They have a decent veg and non-veg menu, optimised for quick service. Lunch has meals options. The parotta is Kerala style & is good to eat without even sides.
They have a waiting area for patrons waiting, the restrooms were generally clean (but will have waiting cos there is only 2 of them), and accept payment via Card, Cash & UPI.

Trust me the taste was really pathetic and tasteless and chicken was not yet all boiled it was too hard to chew it was raw. Literally I got jaw pain.
