Very Bad Experience – Not Recommended

We booked a room at Hotel O Eswar Residency, and our experience was extremely disappointing. There were several serious issues:

Only one common washroom for the entire floor, which had 6 rooms. All guests had to share that single washroom.

The washroom was dirty and unhygienic, filled with used shampoo packets, innerwear, and other trash.

No Wi-Fi was available despite it being listed in the amenities.

No provision for drinking water was made available.

The receptionist's behavior was extremely rude and unprofessional. They wouldn’t even allow us to speak properly and were very arrogant in their responses.

We felt very uncomfortable and unwelcome. This place is definitely not recommended for anyone. Please avoid staying here, as you will likely suffer the same issues we did.

This is the worst ever hotel that I have stayed in ky life. There is no proper ventilation in the room, no room service telephone kept in the room, the bathroom didn't have geyser, blanket wasn't provided and also no water bottles were provided for us. Also the major issue was the door for my room was jammed, only someone from outside could open it. All of the room my family had stayed didn't have a proper bed. The bed was broken and couldn't stay there peacefully. They also charged 2300 for this worst room. We didn't have a choice but to pay. Please repair and maintain your room and furnishings. Worst oyo hotel never book it, because there is no power backup, when power went they say it will come in 10 mins but more than an hour it did not come. Highlight is outside power was there in that area only this hotel had power issue. No blankets, geyser, water bottle, no basic amenities very worst &bad. Even after seeing so much negative reviews below why it's not rectified? AC room charged 1500 only around 45mins we stayed there, due to power cut we decided to immediately vacate and asked for refund they told 500rs will be deducted that too for their mistake. We pay for the AC but when power only issue what is the use of AC room. Do not consider this hotel to stay until they solve...
