The hotel is not in the prime area or in the main road. So accessibility is little challenging unless you have arranged your own transportation.
You will only find dip tea and instant coffee powder sachet here. You don’t get to find a proper tea or a filter coffee, Incase you are particular about that. There is no tea shop near by. A kettle along with some packets of dip tea bags and milk powder provided in the room. Restaurant functions only from afternoon. They charged Rs. 74 for two cups of tea I ordered for the evening and it’s not worth it.
Hotel is not at all senior citizen inclusive. The hotel bed has a spring mattress, that was so uncomfortable and has to be literally jumped to get on. The restaurant is located in the fourth floor and lift available only till 3rd floor.
A big thumbs down for the service. When asked if they serve food to the elderly people in the room, as they cannot climb stairs, the immediate answer was not sure and that I have to check with the restaurant. And then they said no and again they asked me to help myself.
Asked for a cleaner to clean the room in the evening, and they said cleaners are on week off on Sunday.
Breakfast is made available only by 8 am Or after that. So if you are planning getting out early, you will need to end up missing their free breakfast.
Rooms have no fans.
They serve idly, dosa, poori and boiled eggs for breakfast. The taste is good but the food is stale. Looks like it is being prepared elsewhere and brought here, so don’t expect hot and fresh food.
The restaurant here serves mostly non vegetarian. If you are a vegetarian, you can order from food delivery apps.
The room in which I stayed has a broken sliding window latch. There was a grill door outside of a window with no lock.
Unclean pillow cover and towels provided.

We are a family and had booked a one-night stay at Ramraj Regency on 2nd May, and that’s when the problems began.
Note: The rooms in this hotel do not have a fan. You’ll understand why I’m mentioning this later.
The same night, as we were about to sleep, we started hearing people speaking and chatting very loudly—as if they were right next to us. It turned out that room no. 311 was given to a group of 6 to 7 young men, and they were drinking and creating a lot of noise.
It became extremely annoying as we could hear every single word of what they were talking, even at midnight and 2 AM. We complained to the reception the first time, and the receptionist simply ignored us. After we complained a second time, his response was: “Sir, please bear with it, they will finish in sometime.”
This was completely unacceptable, especially because we are a family. Firstly, how can you assign a room to a group of men right next to a family? Secondly, allowing them to drink in the room and create such a disturbance—opening doors, talking loudly, even using unparliamentary language—at 2 AM is an offense. How do you expect us to sleep peacefully with a wife and child under such circumstances?
Now you’ll understand why the absence of a fan matters—it would have helped at least a little to mask the noise. Instead, we were forced to hear everything.
I am writing this review the same night, without having slept at all.
Please think twice or thrice before booking your stay here. Definitely not recommended...
