KFC — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

I visited this place when I was there couple of months back and I did not have the time to put this in google maps. The restaurant has monopoly in this area. I have been waiting years to see KFC in Nagercoil. The food is not as per KFC standards (I am comparing this to Chennai and Bangalore standards). My order took more than 45 minuets. In spite of me checking multiple times. I had an infant with me for take out. During the pandemic restrictions. There was 1 cash register taking orders. While there were multiple people in the staff taking orders and cutting the line for people who do not want to stand in Queue. There was a gentleman with 2 kids trying to get a tour of the kitchen.(this notice inviting folks for the kitchen tour was not taken down) he was acknowledged 15 mins after he got to the door. And after 10 mins of celebration he was turned away saying they can’t accommodate because of COVID restrictions. Did the staff not know for the 25 mins they made this person wait that the restrictions were not in place. Once I got my order I pointed all these and demanded an explanation for the delay. And pointed out these 2 things . All I got was a blank stare… I asked what they were going to do to make my experience better. Again I got a blank stare. I walked out after I this. Someone claiming to be the manager comes running to my car to apologize for the bad service. But he was sitting right in the counter when this happened. When I confronted this. Guess what I got a blank stare from him as well. I did not go back and will not go to this outlet ever again. As the ownership is at fault not the employees as they are not trained enough. … Edit after response from owner. Few questions… Did you manager bring this to your attention as I did give my feed back to him. Why should I send you an email. When my review is straight forward ? Cant you act on...

Good Food and Service 👍As always finger licking tasty chicken, Good Taste and nice ambience. Service is great. Only problem is too much crowded in weekends 😂 Also difficult to find parking if you are in a car.ordered two double down burger.Eating half way i realised one side of the chicken was half cooked and mushy. This has to be my worst KFC experience ever. Also are you guys trying to save onions? There were only 4 or 5 pieces of sliced onions. And 3 of them fell out the burger when i opened it. Never ever ordering from you guys...

I ordered 2 pieces of broaster today via zomato. Order got delivered just in 20 mins. After I opened the pack it was just disappointment. Chicken looked like not well cooked. Not crispy Not crunchy Not hot too. Seriously is this what they serve. It seems chicken is fried morning and kept. When they get order they just pack and give it. When my order arrived in 20 mins itself I doubted how come it's too fast. KFC an international brand but the quality is poor. I will never recommend Nagercoil KFC to anyone. We can get fresh and delicious and good quality broaster in 50 bucks and diners lounge. We need to pay extra for dip at KFC. Other shops they give dip as complement. Betrer close this outlet if you can never improve the food quality. Totally waste of money.

Update 24/6/21 The manager called me and said staffs are new so such mistakes happen. Bad feedbacks will affect their salary.. Well everyone is buying with their hard earned money only.. Saying staffs are new so mistakes happen is simply justifying their part. Better hire some experienced people who have some kitchen and cooking knowledge to guide...
