I would say this place is below average. I would not recommend anybody especially if you are coming with your family then and BIG NO.

Room Size: Bigger than any average stay Bathroom: The door lock is broken, the faucet stand was hanging. After taking bath, the water does not flush out for hours. This makes it very dangerous as you might slip if you are not conscious. This needs to be fixed immediately. Lights: the lights in the room is not apt, because it’s a bigger room and lights given is not enough to illuminate the entire room. Bed: The spring bed makes a lot of noise. Internet: This is a challenge as network is also very less in this area. WiFi does not work at all. Toiletries: They provide only soap and a shampoo. No dental kit. It’s good to have not mandatory though. AC: The AC temp does not go down from 23 degrees though it was enough. Now the biggest issue which I felt: I went on my superbike, I was told the property has 24hours security and CCTV camera surveillance is there. When I checked in the morning I didn’t see any guard outside and more over they have switched off lights of outside or hotel where my bike was parked. I have never seen such careless behaviour towards the safety of the vehicles.

Receptionist: All the staff working in this facility can talk only in Tamil. I am not expecting them to know any other language but I expect At least English otherwise whom non-Tamil guests will struggle in communication.

This is the last time I have ever booked and stayed in this hotel. I never will. Thank you for whatever services was provided to me. I hope above feedback will be taken seriously. If not then also fine, as it won’t...

Stayed here for two days. The hotel is present in a silent location at the same time not too far from prime commercial location (bus stand). The most famous spots of Yercaud- Sky park and Peeku park both are located with in 2 -3kms from this hotel. The booking enquiry was handled in a polite manner and they provided early check in on my request which is appreciable. The room services, staff behavior was all good which gave a pleasant experience. Hot water is available for 24 hrs which is a difficult one to obtain in most of the hotels in hill stations. Amenities provided was also good which includes a Kettle, Mini fridge, Hair dryer, a good Wifi connectivity etc. They have a small space to put Bonfire. There is in house restaurant at 3rd floor which is pretty good with many menu varieties and they provide room service food orders too. Complementary breakfast had limited items only but that was decent. The only bothering thing is considering the tariff, I felt the room size was very small. other than this only concern it is a nice place to have a pleasant stay with...

PROS:

Clean room and restroom In house restaurant and availability of room service. Decent food Lift and WiFi are available Good Breakfast was provided.

CONS:

Waiting time in the restaurant is very very long, even if it's not crowded They are hesitant to take orders over their own landline phone provided, not sure why. They keep insisting on ordering personally. The reason to order over phone is to reduce the long wait time in the restaurant Parking is in the open land behind the hotel and it's quite rough Room size is too small for the Price we Paid. We Paid INR 3300 per night for it and it wasn't worth it TV screen was faulty Only 1 waterbottle per day is provided. For the Price we Pay, a watercan in the lobby should be mandatory They don't have water geyser. They have solar heater. It takes at least 10 minutes for hot water to come. A lot of water and time get wasted in that time.
