While the building might feel a bit dated and tired and show its age, the high levels of hospitality and service more than makeup for it in treating you to a unique flavor of Luxury. All the establishments and F & B outlets on site are top notch and the staff indulge you from the minute you step in until you step out. Though it is more of a business hotel filled work focused travelers, you would feel like you are in a leisure resort thanks to the vibe, decor, and the hospitality
LOCATION: A bit far away from the main town and closer to the airport. But the seclusion makes you feel like you are in a resort rather than a business hotel
DINE + DRINK: Multiple top-notch restaurants on site - including Non-Indian options. The LATITUDE bar is a stylish bar to unwind in the evening. The lounge on the 8th floor is one of the finest lounges(serving upper-shelf drinks!) I have seen across the entire nation! The breakfast at the LATEST RECIPE restaurant is absolutely worth waking up for, and not to be missed as it comes with a lavish spread of deliciously authentic local, regional, and international delicacies!
ROOM: We stayed in Room 7003, Which was a SUITE, so this review is based on that; VIEW: Sweet view of the farm and fields next to the property; SIZE: Super spacious suite with a huge Living room and an even bigger bedroom! It comes with a nice workspace as well; AIR-CON: Perfectly functioning cooler that helped in setting the perfect room temperature; BED: Comfortable bed that played the expected part of putting me to sleep; BATHROOM: A massive bathroom designed fully with luxurious marble tiles. The huge Stand-in shower area with a rain shower will be hard to get out of!; TOILETRIES: Very good spa quality cosmetics by INNARA brand
FACILITIES: The highlight of the property is the Gym and Pool. They have a lovely fitness center with a full range of weights and machines for a full-on workout. The swimming pool is a huge 25-meter pool that is almost like a competitive pool! They also have a Spa and Salon on site
SERVICE: Friendly staff that took care of all our needs with a smile and made us feel pampered and well taken care of. Special Shout out to the duty manager SWATHI, F&B Manager RISHABH, and the General Manager RAMACHANDRAN for a warm welcome experience. A big thanks to GERARD and DEVA at the lounge ISTIYAK & all the lovely staff at the restaurant for indulging us during our meals and drinks!

It took 10-15 minutes for us to checkin we were with family and kids, there is not a single chair to sit in the reception. When you have more than one person, always two room keys are provided the lady in the front desk looks like she wasn’t trained gave us one key and went on asking why we need another one.
The staff overall lacks communication, they don’t know how to communicate with customers and it has been chaos all around. In addition they couldn’t understand English we’ll, Customers are happy to communicate but if the hotel staff can’t understand they can ask us again we can explain that one more time.
The room is not sound proof, if someone rings the bell in another room, you will hear it. What someone speaks or plays loud music even that is clearly audible to us.
The toilets, bathroom, floor, all these were poorly maintained and we could see rusted, unclean and damaged areas.
The hotel booking mentions about providing 24 hours airport shuttle and on enquiry the front staff namely Ganta and supervisor Alagappan started fuming on us stating that they can’t provide shuttle and its a paid sevice and they went on yelling at us for a while. How on earth someone says that shuttle sevice by hotel to airport is paid, we understand limousine or taxi service can be paid but how we will pay the entire shuttle which runs 24 hours and customer pays for it in spite it mentioning that this service is available on request round the clock.
At the time of checkout we called the front desk to send us for baggage pick from our room to drop zone, we were getting late to the airport the staff arrives after 15-20 mins in spite of mentioning that they will come in 5 mins.
This is not a 5 star hotel with a brand name Le Meridien, its a local hotel with 2 star service. There is a lack of communication from manager to front staff, none of them could talk properly with customer. Either they lacked English speaking or hearing, God save us from them. Read moreWorthless Place think twice before you book it. recently had an event in Coimbatore and the organisers had arranged our stay in this hotel. from outside everything looks great its the moment you step in you will find a different world. when we reached there all the staff kept watching us no one came to help us with our luggages. when we entered the room there was no Hand towels, room slippers, hair dryers, Iron or ironing Board. all of it had to asked for and after repeated calls requesting the same we receive is few bottles of water as they could not understand what i wanted. But the height of every thing one night we decided to sleep in early 9:45pm as we had to start the day early next day, at 10.05pm someone is banging at the door shouting housekeeping inspite we keeping the DONT DISTURB Button on. it was a guy with towels in his hand saying he forgot to keep it in the morning. when i told him is this the time for doing all this he just kept in hand apologies and ran away. only for me to realise later that towels was already there in my bathroom. Irritated with this behaviour we still went to sleep. at 10.50pm again there is loud banging and when i go to open the door no one there. now my temper started to rise still managing to keep cool i tried to sleep. at 11.05pm someone again came to my room banging and shouting HOUSEKEEPING. Now that was it i stormed out of my room yelling at them not even bother to see three people outside my door this time and i am yelling on top my voice (i am sorry for it as i forgot all my manners by then). they finally apologised and just ran away. Later i found out all the people staying there had similar issues many didn't have bath towels in the room in all the four days of stay. they had to ask for it every time. the food was horrible. there was rat hovering in the Bar.
