Our team recently dined at Last Recipe, Le Meridien Coimbatore, for a buffet dinner. Unfortunately, the experience did not meet our expectations. Most of the food, including starters, was cold and lacked freshness. The only exceptions were some curries and the chicken biryani, which were decent.
We also ordered dosa and naan from the live counters, but the service was disappointing as we had to repeatedly follow up on our order.
In terms of desserts, the selection was underwhelming. While the Rabdi, blueberry burfi, brownies, and ice creams were enjoyable, the Malpua, tart, and cakes fell short of quality.

I didn't notice any starters. There was the usual live paratha, dosa and pasta stations. Salad platter wasn't that interesting. The staff is friendly and polite. The seating area is big and spacious. Overall the continental dishes were better than the indian ones. Washrooms are available as well as valet parking. Loved...
