Our staycation at Manna Villa was absolutely wonderful — so much so that we extended our stay, and even then, none of us wanted to leave!

Highlights We Loved: Stunning Property: Manna Villa is beautifully landscaped, spacious, and meticulously maintained. With lots of open areas for kids to play and carefully designed aesthetics throughout, every corner feels thoughtfully curated.

Exceptional Service: The caretaker, Keshav, made our stay incredibly comfortable. Always polite, proactive, and attentive, he was there whenever we needed him, but gave us complete privacy when we wanted it. His dedication to maintaining such a large property is commendable, and we never had to ask twice for anything.

Convenient Dining Options: The villa has a fully equipped kitchen, and some nearby restaurants offer delivery, adding to the convenience. Keshav was also able to pick up food orders from local eateries, which was a real bonus.

Peaceful Setting & Great Location: The villa is tranquil, and you can hear the soothing sound of sea waves throughout the day. With stunning views and easy navigation via Google Maps, reaching the villa is simple. Plus, it’s centrally located, with tourist spots, markets, and amenities within a kilometer.

Good to Know: While our experience was overwhelmingly positive, here are a few things to consider for a seamless stay:

Nature Comes Close: The expansive garden, lush plants, and surrounding greenery mean occasional encounters with common garden insects like lizards, centipedes, ants, bees, and frogs. They rarely entered the house, but the open-air bathroom may attract a few at night. If this is a concern, a more enclosed resort might be better suited for you.

Local Beach Condition: The nearest beach is not the cleanest due to litter from local activity (which the villa has no control over), so it may be best to explore other nearby beaches instead.

Accessibility After Dark: The villa is about 500 meters from the main road, and the path leading to it can be a bit dim and quiet at night. If you don’t have your own vehicle, you might want to plan your evenings accordingly.

This place was awesome. We went during a rainy day so the path to the villa was very worse. The place was well maintained and the caretaker was very good. You have wifi there but don't rely on it 😂 its just there. They have an awesome smart tv but no proper wifi to connect to it. The kitchen had all sorts of utensils and stuff. You just need the food materials with ya (in case you're planning to cook 🤪) or let the caretaker know what you want and he'll get it for ya. You only get one towel per person, Extra towels will be charged. You may feel frightened by night time due to the location. Only bad thing was the caretaker charged us an extra Rs.400 (2*200) for 2 broken glasses but we didn't remember breaking any though. So make sure to check up on the glasses once you check in. 😂 Overall it was a good...
