OM LINGESWARAN Home Stay Tiruvannamalai — Hotel in Tamil Nadu

We had a really pleasant and memorable stay here. Neatly maintained room and wash room. AC effect was amazing. The bed was pretty neat and clean. The owner Mr. Muthu and his son Mr. Sudharshan were simply simply incredible and extremely good hearted people (They even give separate room for Drivers to rest well and drive safe). Not many people think in those lines. Dental kits, Water Bottles and Towels were provided. I will definitely make regular visits with my family here and recommend this Home stay to my friends. We also enjoyed the Great View of Mountain (Annamalaiyar Himself). Car Parking space is pretty good too. Located away from all possible pollution and noise, yet very close to Girivalam Road.

There is a small Hotel at the Ground floor (Hotel Annapoorni). My God, simply mouthwatering and hygienic breakfast served at very affordable price. The hardworking couples served us with big smile. Really felt for the couples because, the two people had to tackle the crowd without making people wait for long. (AS CUSTOMERS, WE MUST RESPECT SUCH HARDWORKING PEOPLE AND LEARN TO BE PATIENT). They ensured our taste buds are thoroughly feasted. The Home Stay owner Mr. Muthu also joins them and help them out with cooking work. It's a beautiful Team work.

Mr. Muthu even got Home made Idli podi for my parents (as they don't eat Onion & Garlic). Even the couples who run the Hotel, got us Chutney without Onion and Garlic.

A Serene Stay Right Off the Girivalam Path – Highly Recommended!

I had the most wonderful experience staying at this homestay near the sacred Girivalam path in Thiruvannamalai. The location is absolutely perfect for those seeking a peaceful and spiritual retreat — just a short walk to the Girivalam route, yet tucked away enough to offer complete tranquility.

The rooms were exceptionally neat, clean, and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and restful atmosphere throughout my stay. You can really feel the care that goes into maintaining the space.

What truly made the experience memorable was the warmth and hospitality of the owner. Friendly, approachable, and always ready to help — whether it was guiding us to local spots or ensuring we had everything we needed. It felt less like a guesthouse and more like visiting a caring friend’s home.

If you’re planning a visit to Thiruvannamalai, especially for Girivalam or to soak in the spiritual energy of the place, I wholeheartedly recommend this homestay. A perfect blend of comfort, cleanliness, and genuine hospitality. 5 stars...

The people that work there are so friendly and so accommodating. So responsive to needs. I needed to do laundry, I asked if they have laundry, they took my laundry and did it perfectly within a day. I am so gratefup. I need it to change the sheet because I did a massage for someone and wanted a clean bed when I slept.

I found a small poop on it because I left the door open and a critter must have come in! They understood and very easily made it all better. Very good teamwork.

They understood and quickly changed the sheet, sprayed lemongrass, which smelled so good. They were responsive to my messages and very friendly, very clear about room price. Which was for me a good price. And easy to do all the logistics, also important for me.
