Parsons Court — Hotel in Tamil Nadu

The hotel is situated close to the railway station and bus stand. |The decor is decent and rooms are okay (except for a few cockroaches brought to the housekeepings notice)|Housekeeping staff is friendly. |Staff at restaurant is not attentive or keen to attend any requests.|Breakfast spread and food menu is quite limited compared to similar hotels.||My worst experience came with the laundry service.|I personally went to the laundry and informed not to use iron on my uniform trousers directly. I got two trousers back with iron marks and patches with the trousers spoilt.|My as well as my colleague's white uniform Tshirts came spoilt with stains and yellow shading.|I showed the issue to the manager Mr. B Allimuthu who after initial arguments acknowledged and agreed to pay the price for the two trousers amounting to INR 1800/-|While checking out he insisted to have the spoilt trousers which were already packed and I needed them as back up as I would not get new uniform trousers at short notice.|The man now started speaking rude over the phone telling me to complain to whosoever I wanted.|The manager took advantage that the guest is in a hurry at time of checkout.|I left the place without getting the promised compensation which anyways was not going to get me back my trousers.|The whole experience left a...

Very Horrible Stay..We checked in to this hotel for a night stay with family.||Around 11:30 Midnight we heard loud noise by a group of guys who were highly intoxicated.. To our bad luck they were right next room to us.||||They all assembled in the balcony which has a common public access.||Loud music ,screaming and using abusive language prevailed all night till 3:00 am .||||We felt so insecure as these Hooligans almost went on rampage in the Hotel Premises..Using of abusive languages and screaming loudly was very disturbing.||||Unable to bear this we complained many times to the person in reception who tried his best to control the unruly crowd. But in vain.||||Next morning we found bottles and food packets which thrown all over the balcony..||||Purpose of us to stay was to take rest and continue on our journey next day was all spoilt..Next morning when i spoke to the front office manager he showed no sign of regret ..Only to instruct his staff that next time onwards such crowd be put in Top Most Floor to avoid inconvenience to others. ||||Advice to Management - Your hotel should cater to families and respectable crowd if you really want to take this hotel to the next level. Such incidents will damage the reputation...
