Hotel Shivranjani is situated not very far from the hosur bangalore road. I had booked a room for one night stay as I could not find place in other hotels. The hotel has ample of space and parking for cars. The room and common areas are spacious too. The housekeeping was below average, there is not much to mention about the amenities, there was a kettle kept in my room, i called up the housekeeping to get me the tea coffee sachets with milk and sugar, but i was told that it was not provided, i asked then why the kettle was kept, i was told it was for heating water. I couldn't figure out why my room had three curtains of three kinds in the same drapery rod. The Hotel has an old history as one among the few that were opened a long time ago. Although it seems that it was purchased fairly recently and being led by different management that has tried to implement freshness into the hotel. I would say it has not done a commendable job. As the doors are not easy to close and the bathroom ventilation is poor and smelly with cleaning liquid smell. The cleaning and the beds are fairly ok.
