Unfortunately, my experience on May 30th at this branche left me extremely disappointed. Despite being patient, we had to wait unusually long for our order. When my father politely inquired about the delay, the response we received from the manager was shockingly rude and dismissive. His tone was disrespectful, and he seemed annoyed that we even asked.
We were made to feel like we were being served out of charity, despite having paid a significant amount for our meal. Dear A2B Team, I would like to bring to your attention the very disappointing experience I had during dinner at your Hosur branch.
Service Issues: Even at the dining table, there was no one supervising or attending to customer needs. For example, we had to ask repeatedly if we needed extra sambar.
Food Quality: The Masala Dosai was not up to standard. The Paneer Tikka was undercooked, and the masala tasted boiled rather than properly prepared.
Billing Concerns: At the time of billing, when I tried to share this feedback with the staff, the person was only focused on the bill. Neither the bill nor the receipt was given to us properly.
Supervisorās Response: When I informed the supervisor, his response was very casual. He simply said, āIf you come early, we would take actionā, which was highly unprofessional.

We paid a premium price, but the quality of food and service was very poor. This experience has caused us great dissatisfaction.
