SPOT ON Hotel Lakshmi Saraswathy — Hotel in Tamil Nadu

Worst hotel I ever met and worst behavior and arrogant people. Please don't book this hotel even not suitable for one rating also.

We have booked two rooms for family in online for 1400rs. when we gone for check in the hotel staffs behaved very bad and they showed us very dirty rooms no body can stay there and it was not at all suitable for family and it has very bad smell, we have requested them to give other room by that time they were speaking very rubbish with us and they told us for this much money we can give you only this type of rooms, this room is only more that we are providing to you. if you want to stay stay in these rooms only if you don't want to stay means go and we will give it to others for 2000 rupees. They are cheating people by showing less price in online once the people booked rooms and go for checkin they will show us bad rooms and make us to cancel the booking and they will not revert back our money. Please don't go for booking this hotel if you are looking for family and clean rooms means. worst experience we had. Worst people they don't even know how to behave...

Hotel was good and rooms are spacious. Location is near to Salem Railway Station. Easily accessible food services are not that good. But, nearby many good hotels are there so thats not a problem.
