I am utterly disgusted by the horrendous experience I had at your establishment just week ago. I ordered a cup of coffee to my room, only to be served a flask containing tiny worms floating in the cup. It's beyond belief that such a repulsive incident occurred under your roof.
When we confronted the server about this nauseating discovery, he callously claimed that the particles were merely paper dust from sugar bags. As if that wasn't appalling enough, upon emptying the flask, we discovered flies at the bottom. The lack of empathy and responsibility from your staff is infuriating. No one bothered to inquire about my well-being after consuming a concoction that you call "coffee".
Your promise to "take action" is nothing but a hollow statement, considering the blatant disregard for customer health and safety. How dare you run a hospitality business without the basic decency to ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of the products you serve?
I find it absolutely unacceptable that I had to endure such a nightmarish experience at your establishment. The blatant negligence and lack of accountability from your end are not only disappointing but also raise serious questions about the standards of your business.
I demand immediate and concrete actions to address this matter. Your negligence has not only ruined my stay but also jeopardized my health for couple of days. It's appalling that I have to express my anger and frustration in such a manner, but your lack of concern leaves me with no choice.
I expect a swift and comprehensive resolution to this issue, along with a sincere and unequivocal apology. Your customers deserve better!

Read moreI have stayed in Poppy's Madurai, with that impression and service I booked in Poppy's Kumbakonam. But it's a very huge disappointment. I stayed with my 2 yr old baby and wife. Toilet was not clean, very unhygienic, stinks. I called for room service and the guy came just poured some shampoo in the toilet and drain and flushed it. He also walks away leaving water footmark all over the floor. Since I have a kid, I wiped them with the towel provided. Towels provided doesn't feel fresh. Full of stains. The bed have a spring matress which is a very old makes noises, even if u just move a little. Food. The taste is very very normal but it is on the very expensive side. Bought dosa, which has more salt in it. Also the restaurant opens only by 7. Since the hotel is located just opposite to the railway station and the place jd full of temples, don't the guests expect for some early coffee or some room service. I don't understand how it works this way. Even for my kid I have to walk out of the hotel early in the morning for milk. Though there are nearby hotels and restaurants, what's the point in paying around 3k+ for a night and what does the brand name carry. I called and informed the reception about the checkout but there no person available to get the luggage, even after reaching the reception, though the room service guys are available until I asked one, they didn't provide anybody to get the luggages in the car.
Overall a very disappointing stay from this chain of hotels. I don't expect anything as a complementary service. Just expecting some valuable service for the amount we pay. They should strongly consider about the food price they have in the restaurant.

Read moreI hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent experience at your hotel, which has turned out to be one of the worst stays I have ever encountered.
Upon arrival, I was met with a reception staff that lacked professionalism and seemed lethargic. The cleanliness of my room was unacceptable, particularly the towels that had yellow stains and felt rough. The TV was outdated and of poor quality, and despite multiple calls to the reception, no one came to address the issue. Additionally, there was no drinking water in the room, and it was disheartening to find that I had to purchase my own.
The bathroom facilities were equally disappointing, with low water pressure and lagging hot water. The linens were unclean, and the overall state of the room was dusty and poorly maintained.
Breakfast was another letdown. The buffet offering was minimal, and despite paying Rs. 250, the food quality was subpar. My request for a masala dosa resulted in being served a plain dosa that was poorly prepared, while hotel Managers enjoyed their meals next to me. This for me, highlighted the lack of attention to customer experience. Furthermore, the tea served was pre-sweetened and the staff appeared untrained and inattentive.
It was disheartening that no one inquired about my stay during my checkout; there was no acknowledgment of my concerns or an attempt to understand why I was leaving.
I strongly urge the management to address these basic issues. If improvements are not made, I fear that future guests may have similar, disappointing...
