You will pay your money and also get disrespected by their servers.

If you go for lunch during busy times, they treat you like they are giving you free food by serving with so much attitude and arrogance.

The table was unclean and we asked to clean them for which the server said it is not unclean, and to ask us eat.

Then when they gave banana leaf, they gave a very small leaf and we mentioned them to change the leaf for which the server said there is nothing wrong in the leaf and after few min the server says here is 5 leaves you choose whichever leave you want and that she doesn't give a shit acting very rudely.

When we mentioned don't act so rude, she is like if you want go complain to the cashier. When we said ok please tell your name, she didn't want to tell her name, and the cashier was very unresponsive when we complained.

We asked for a refund of our meals as we had not started eating and the cashier refused to refund our 3 meal tokens showing how much they really care about their hospitality.

இரண்டு நாட்கள் முன்பு நான் கும்பகோணம் சென்றேன் அங்கே தங்குவதற்கு நல்ல விடுதியாக பார்த்துக் கொண்டு இருக்கும் பொழுது தான் இந்த உணவகமும் அதோடு சேர்ந்த தங்கும் விடுதியும் என் கண்ணில் பட அங்கு சென்று விசாரித்து அந்த இடம் அறைகளின் தூய்மை வரவேற்பாளர்கள் நம்மை அணுகும் முறை அனைத்துமே எனக்கு பிடித்திருந்தது.

அங்கு என்னை கவர்ந்த சில பணியாளர்களை அவர்களின் பெயர்களை குறிப்பிட்டு பாராட்டி விட்டு மேற்கொண்டு இந்த உணவகம் மற்றும் தங்கும் விடுதியை பற்றி விரிவாக கூறுகிறேன்

வரவேற்பாளர் செல்வி மகாலட்சுமி: இன்முகத்தோடு வரவேற்று தேவையான விவரங்களை சலித்துக் கொள்ளாமல் கூறினார். விருந்தினர்களை அவர் அணுகும் முறை பிடித்திருந்தது.

வரவேற்பாளர் திரு ஸ்ரீனிவாசன் நாங்கள் தங்கி இருந்த இரண்டு நாளும் இரவு பணி பார்த்த இவர் என் முகத்தோடு அனைத்து விருந்தினர்களிடமும் பழகுவதை என்னால் கவனிக்க முடிந்தது. எனது தந்தை காலில் எலும்பு முறிந்தமையால் சரியாக நடக்க இயலாதவர் அவரை கைப்பிடித்து மிகவும் பொறுமையாக அழைத்து வந்து ஆட்டோவில் ஏற்றுவதாக இருக்கட்டும்... நாங்கள் கேட்பதற்கு எல்லாம் என் முகத்தோடு பொறுமையாக பதில் கூறுவதாக இருக்கட்டும் அனைத்து வகையிலும் இவர் அந்த பணிக்கு மிகவும் பொருத்தமான நபர் என்று என்னால் கூற இயலும். நன்றி தம்பி உங்களின் அனைத்து உதவிக்கும்.

உணவகப் பணியாளர் திரு கலை Hotel Management படித்துவிட்டு இந்த உணவகத்தில் பயிற்சி எடுத்துக் கொண்டிருக்கும் பணியாளராக வேலை பார்த்துக் கொண்டிருக்கும் இவரிடம், ஒரு கைதியர்ந்த விருந்தினர் உபசரிப்பு கலையை என்னால் காண முடிந்தது. எந்த ஒரு செயற்கை தன்மையும் இல்லாமல் மிகவும் இயல்பாக பழகக்கூடிய மனிதராக எனக்கு தோன்றியது. முக்கியமாக சொல்ல வேண்டும் என்றால் இவரது சுறுசுறுப்பு என்னை வியக்க வைத்தது வளர்க உமது பணி உங்களது எதிர்காலத்திற்கு என்னுடைய வாழ்த்துக்கள்.

உணவாக பணியாளர் திருமதி பிரியா எங்களுக்கு மதிய உணவு பரிமாறியவர். சிரித்த முகத்தோடு உணவு பரிமாறும் அந்த இயல்பு தான் உணவு அருந்த வரும் விருந்தினர்களுக்கு அவசியமான ஒன்று. அதை திறம்பட செய்தார். பொதுவாக உணவகங்களில் சென்று உணவருந்தும் பொழுது நாம் சுடுநீர் கேட்டால் இதோ தருகிறேன் என்று சொல்லிவிட்டு போவார்கள் ஆனால் கொண்டு வந்து தரவே மாட்டார்கள். ஆனால் இங்கு எனது தந்தைக்காக நான் குடிப்பதற்கு சுடுநீர் கேட்டேன். எடுத்து வந்து இன்முகத்தோடு கொடுத்துவிட்டு சென்றார்கள் இது ஒரு சிறிய செயல்தான் ஆனால் நான் பல உணவகங்களில் இந்த சிறிய செயலை கூட செய்வதற்கு தயங்கும் அல்லது தவறுக்கும் பணியாளர்களை பார்த்ததால் இவர்கள் செய்தது எனக்கு மிகப்பெரிய உதவியாக இருந்தது ஆகவே இங்கு பதிவிடுகிறேன்.

இப்பொழுது உணவின் சுவை மற்றும் தங்கும் விடுதியில் தரம் பற்றி பார்ப்போம்

மிகவும் சுத்தமாக சுவையாக அதே நேரம் என் முகத்தோடு பரிமாறும் ஒரு உணவகம் எது என்று கேட்டால் கும்பகோணத்தில் நான் இந்த உணவகத்தை கண்டிப்பாக சொல்வேன். அதே போல் தங்கும் அறை அதை சுற்றி இருக்கும் நடை மேடை அனைத்தையும் மிகத் தூய்மையாக பராமரித்து இருந்தார்கள். நீங்கள் மிகக் குறைந்த செலவில் தங்கும் வரை பார்த்தால் உங்களுக்கான விடுதி இது அல்ல சற்று நிதானமான பொருட்ச அளவில் ஒரு தங்கும் வரை வேண்டும் ஆனால் தூய்மை முக்கியம் காற்றோட்டம் முக்கியம் இடவசதி முக்கியம் என்று நீங்கள் நினைத்தால் தாராளமாக இந்த விடுதியை அணுகலாம்.

ஒரு விடுதியில் நாம் தங்குகிறோம் என்றால் நமக்காக பணிபுரியும் பணியாளர்களின் நடத்தை கண்டிப்பாக நாம் எதிர்பார்ப்போம் அது முழுமையாக 100% இங்கு உங்களுக்கு பூர்த்தி செய்யப்படும் என்பதற்கு நான் உத்திரவாதம்.
