Tomatoes Restaurant — Restaurant in Telangana

I have been to this restaurant with my family 3 to 4 times before and their service and taste and quantity of the food was good. Also, the price they charge was reasonable but now, the service, taste and quantity of the food is fallen down very badly and the price has gone up. Today, I have visited this restaurant again with my would be and family and I told him this is one of the good restaurants with quality food at reasonable price but to my surprise now the food taste and quantity is not good. And the worst thing the place is not tidy, you can see the spider web everywhere and small cockroaches not just on the floor but the one table on which food is served to eat. It shows their level of cleanliness and hygiene practices. Imagine how bad the kitchen will be and how many cockroaches will be roaming around in the kitchen. When I have seen cockroaches roaming on the table where we were served food, I have informed the waiter and walked up to manager in the reception and asked him to come and check the table but he didn't respond properly and he didn't even come to the dining area which is the worst thing one could face in a restaurant. If anyone of you are planning to go to this restaurant for food, I would request you to check the table and food before you start eating it. It's such a pathetic thing..... The waiter didn't even try or didn't to anything to make the cockroach leave the table....he was just standing there ideally watching it moving here and there..... I would not visit this restaurant again....NEVER in life again.... this is the worst experience I have had... I eat street side as well but never seen something like this... and the waiters and manager were least bothered to acknowledge the situation.... I regret for paying the bill when I recollect the way they acted when I have complained about cockroaches. I wish I could give...

Day1 review It's one of the worst restaurants I have dined out recently. Never go for it I would have given zero starts but don't have that option.

I went with my family today afternoon on 21st May 2023. There is a single staff and very blunt to respond. The preparation is very slow and made us wait more than half an hour for butter nan and non veg curry. The taste was OK but we're very disapointed with biryani. We ordered 1 fried piece full biryani and 1 fried piece mutton biryani which was 280 and 290 respectively. The biryani was full of heavy Masala and the quantity was just 60% compared to the other restaurants biryani. The bowl was looking reasonably sized from outer view but it was half closed from inside and contained less quality. The quantity didn't justify the price at all.

The restaurants didn't have any walkin's in 2 hours of our stay and they seems to be more concentrating on the delivery orders.

The restaurants is not recommended at all for any family gatherings in terms of quality, taste, price, service and quantity 😒

Day2 review Hi guys, today on day 2, i came here again to add serious incident and want to alert all of u about an issue with tomato restaurant. All the family members, had continuous stomach pain last night and decentry 4-5 times after having the food yesterday. We observed some of the cockraches roaming here and there while eating but didn't take it seriously. Basically i am a great wanderer and a foodie, i have tasted in almost every restaurant around my 5KMS of my locality. I can proudly say that this Tomatoes Restaurant was the best among all the ones. The staff greeted us very nicely, the ambiance, sound, the way they speak was absolutely top notch. Then there arrives the food, such a tasty and delicious food in have never had in my recent times. I did have a privilege to speak with the chef's and they welcomed me in to the kitchen area, there they explained me about the way cook and quality of the items they use in the process of cooking. I am mesmerized by seeing the kitchen they have arranged, each and every bowl and plate was cleaned and arranged in a well manner. While cooking the chef's wore the apron, hat and gloves to there hands (all the time). Last but not least i would strongly recommend all the people, visit this Tomatoes Restaurant at least once and i can guarantee you that you too will become a fan to their recepies and hospitality.
