we were attending our friend engagement and we took the room here as it somehow nearby. there is a painting activity going on and they asked me to shift to other room where they irritated by calling for every 10 mins. later in the night we need some water and we couldnot connect to the reception as they kept phone away, we called to number given in the google where owner picked it up who was drunk and speaking vulgar language, though we ask him this is not the way. he started saying that you are nithing and came to stay where i have allowed you. Owner response is so bad that they get drunk and say we are drunk. Speaks utterly disrespectful way saying AC kuda veskovdam chethakadu(don't know how to switch on AC), have you ever been to a hotel in life just for asking water bottle to serve and We couldn't understand how to turn on AC.
