Doesn't even deserve one star, but had to give a minimum one star to write a review! charging extra even after prebooking and paying the entire money before! No customer service whatsoever! Rudest people I have ever met! No basic human decency! They asked us to pay extra money telling that there is no availability of BOOKED rooms and we have upgrade! they didn't try hearing what we were trying to tell them! Do not make the mistake of booking here ever again! Karimnagar was a good experience but should have to tell that NAWAB's completely ruined the...

Booked room through OYO app by applying discount coupon. Property owner denied check in into the hotel and stated that rooms booked through OYO by applying discount coupons will not be entertained. Further Owner of the lodge behaved rudely and violently and was ignorant in honouring the agreement made with OYO, hence it is advisable to call the lodge after booking in OYO to confirm whether they can provide the room for the booked...

In app rooms available but in hotel no Rooms I booked a hotel in Oyo app and paid money online after I reach the property hotel nawabs there is no room for me and the shocking is the Oyo room executives took 7 hrs time to say a word there is no rooms Wn I asked thm to book a room in any other hotel since there is no availability in the hotels which I know thy refused very harshly
