Not having a good experience. The most annoying thing happened was with the booking and I ended up paying extra charges, secondly the cleanliness of room though the space was good.
I was on a short stay and hence looking for a low cost hotel and I found the listing on GOIBIBO for a price of 360+taxes and booked the same through portal. When I reached the hotel premise, they simply said the room was not for this price and the online portal (like OYO, GOBIBIBO, MMT, etc) are doing scam with them with less prices and we cannot give you the room, you have to pay extra for the room if you want to stay. I told them that I travelled 25km to reach there just because it is near and in my budget otherwise I could have looked for other options. They simply refused and I have to pay them extra in compulsion as I don't have time to go and find other hotels and waste time and also the booking was non-refundable. and non-cancellable.
Below things I found suspicious:
The hotel is having listing on every travel portal and still they refuse and said that they have removed listing from them.
They have my details with the amount and still they accept the booking, just to have me trapped in paying extra amount.
If they have issue they could have simply reject the booking.
The ticket was non-cancellable and non-refundable.
Secondly, come to the cleanliness and other things:
The room I got, there is a strong cigarette smoke smell in it as someone could just smoked there. I have to keep room open for about half an hour just to get it normal.
No basic amnesties provided, like water, soap, towels, chair, wi-fi, TV was there but no remote.
The room floor was wet and let it feels sticky.
No clean bedsheets and cushion covers.
Hell of mosquitoes, that you could not sleep, luckily I keep anti-repellent cream with me all the time.
I could say don't fall in the trap of low cost, it felt like some kind of strategy to trap the customer in coming to the hotel premise and have them pay the extra amount. Instead check the prices with hotel directly, this could say your time and money.
I am writing this so that it could help others in falling such kind of things. Hope this will help.
Also requesting respective authority to please take necessary action...

After 19 hours of journey to reach Hyderabad and this hotel, I had to stand 1.5 hours outside talking to the OYO Customer Service to get my issue sorted out so that the owner would atleast let me in a pre-booked, pre-paid hotel room.
2.) The room was clean, was neither too big nor too small, but I found the bathroom to be quite small for a "Deluxe Room". Too narrow and flush had issues such that I had to use bathrooms from other rooms on two occasions. Although the owner got the issue fixed within 24 hours.
3.) There is a great ice cream shop right across the hotel entrance, as well as a great Restaurant serving pure veg North Indian food below the hotel facade. It's run by a Rajasthani family and is quite well managed.
4.) The lift in the hotel stopped a bit before reaching the floor and was stuck there for some time. It has worked fine all the other times but just letting the reader know, it has a propensity to malfunction.
5.) For the amount of money I paid AFTER offers on OYO, this place is just worth that money. But the amount the owner asks (₹1800/night) seems completely unjustifiable to me.
6.) Just because of the cleanliness of the room and no power cuts as such, I would refrain from giving the...
Read moreBooking this hotel through OYO turned out to be a catastrophic blunder. The initially advertised rate of ₹589 per night deceitfully skyrocketed to ₹932. Upon my arrival, the hotel's register mysteriously lacked my booking, subjecting me to an agonizing 30-minute wait. Only after OYO customer care intervened did the receptionist begrudgingly kickstart my check-in process, revealing an arbitrary base price of ₹1500, a far cry from the initial agreement.
The nightmare escalated when, after a heated 15-minute argument with the owner, I was begrudgingly allowed to check in at the originally booked rate. However, the absurdity reached new heights when the owner demanded a 5-star review on the spot, threatening to withhold my check-in privileges if I didn't comply. Feeling cornered due to the prepayment, I reluctantly submitted.
Entering the room was a descent into dismay – No toiletries, no mirror, no towel, a washbasin devoid of a water tap, walls adorned with stains, a table coated in grime, and an overall olfactory assault. This establishment, with its blatant disregard for customer satisfaction, doesn't even come close to justifying a ₹500 per night charge. My regret for choosing this hotel will linger...
