I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. They are totally unprofessional and do not even deserve to open a hotel. If you want to have worst experience of your life then you can go ahead. When I reached to the hotel they said you have to wait for 5 mins to get a room and then that 5 mins became 45 mins during which we had to wait at reception. After that when we reached room then there is no electricity in the hotel. Soon electricity came but there was no water supply. There were spider's web in the room. The TV screen was broken. The hanging fan was creaking enough to disturb anyone. The door lock was difficult to handle. I called the reception 4-5 times but he picked up only once. The attached restaurant did not even pickup. After traveling for over 30 hrs, we reached this hotel and we couldn't even use the washroom since they never provided water and just kept delaying saying sir just 10 mins, water is coming. I don't even think they knew how to operate the building and submersible pump. Despite Power cut outs, they had generator but no diesel. This hotel is the epitome of mismanagement and lying and I cannot ever forgive it for the bad experience since it wasted our time to relax after a long journey. We had reached the hotel at around 7:20 PM but around 9:30 PM but finally we changed to a nearby hotel Airport palace where we immediately got all the basic amenities and we slept by 12 PM since we had an early start next morning. WORST STAY EVER! DON'T GET TRAPPED BY GOOD-LOOKING PICTURES IN OYO. If you pay in OYO in advance, the receptionist will ask for more money when you reach the hotel. You won't be able to cancel the room because you will not get a refund. If you want to stay, you will have to pay the receptionist double the amount. Called OYO customer service, and they blocked me. I had no other option other than paying the hotel extra. This is a joint business between OYO and property owners. There was huge argument with receptionist when I was all tired from 24 hours of travel. Very bad experience with OYO and this hotel. He was saying he need more payment because the room is the best in Hyderabad. Following are the facilities offered by the "best hotel" in Hyderabad: Room which is not cleaned for at least a month. Dirty washroom, with open toiletries and the closet was wiggling. Mirrors which are never cleaned. Stingy mats and floor. Floors were broken. No TV, mirrors are broken. Very stingy and dirty dustbins. Torn bedsheets and unwashed pillow covers. AC which was giving nasty odor. Closets had used clothes of someone else. And the list goes on. I asked for change in room. They said that was the room I can get for the money I paid (which is already double). They tried to give 5 star from my phone, but I resisted. Pathetic oyo ever stayed They said 2000 and as bargained they charged me 1500 for 17 hrs when online it was showing was only 500 for 24 hrs And the rooms were too dirty and the bed sheets were untidy and unclean They don’t even have curtains in the room Bathroom were that unclean that the colour was changed it was that dirty and the room was stinking and smelling when I entered So I asked them for another room that room was pathetic than this torn and untidy bed sheets and worse bathroom and broken mirror Never ever stay here Knowingly Pathetic service and unprofessional staff It looks nothing like in the pictures And from outside it looks amazing like a French building and from inside it’s like a garbage room

There’s no power backup and most of the time there’s no power at all Keeping in-house restaurant when we requested for just a pinch of salty and sugar they refused and said we don’t have and didn’t even bother to ask when we ever asked or requested for it and didn’t get that for me

Every oyo with the same prices give same services we are not asking for more that that Basic things like water and soap also wasnt there in the room The only thing in the room was a phone No brush no room freshener no bathroom fresh we no soap no water no glasses kept Is this how any hotel should run
