I recently visited Lake View Cafe, Shamshabad, and while the ambiance was initially pleasant, my overall experience was quite disappointing. The decor and vibe of the place are nice, but unfortunately, that’s where the positives ended for me. We were celebrating a special occasion and brought our own cake, only to be told that we needed to pay ₹500 for cutting the cake, or order a minimum of ₹2000. This policy was neither communicated to us beforehand nor mentioned anywhere in the cafe. When we raised the issue, the staff refused to compromise, which led to an unpleasant argument. On top of that, the service was quite poor. A waiter brought us a dish we never ordered, telling us it was complimentary, only to charge us for it later. This kind of service is not just disappointing—it’s unprofessional and leaves a bad impression. Although the food was decent, the lack of transparency, poor service, and rigid attitude from the staff overshadowed the experience. I had the pleasure of dining at Lake View Café, and it was an experience to remember! The ambience is simply unmatched – the serene lake view combined with a cozy, well-decorated interior creates the perfect setting for a relaxing meal.

Food: The BBQ pizza was a delightful surprise. The crust was perfectly crispy, and the combination of smoky BBQ sauce with melted cheese was mouthwatering. The strawberry mocktail I ordered was refreshingly sweet and perfectly balanced, making it a great complement to the meal.

But the star of the show had to be the spicy chicken wings! They were incredibly flavorful, with just the right amount of heat. I couldn’t get enough of them.

Service: The staff at Lake View Café were exceptionally friendly and attentive. They made sure everything was perfect throughout the meal and added a personal touch to the dining experience.

Today on 15AUG2025 we visited this restaurant with our team(17memebers) as visit for Dinner but unfortunately we disappointed for food , service and staff behaviour as well ... We ordered pizza (04types) Butter naan (15) and 05 chicken curry ... Pizza taste was very worst and we informed same to staff but later on reported manager Mr. Sandeep , we hope that he'll definitely resolve our problem but we got answer '' our food is like this only " and we are very disappointed with the behaviour and answer as well ... Even after we continued with naan and chicken curry but that was also salty and no taste even portion for everyone is too low and not satisfied ...Overall experience is zero with this restaurant and not suggesting for anyone ...
