Had Tandoori Chicken here. Taste was very Normal. The Restaurant even has a very small bakery attached to it. Ordered a double ka meeta & it was stale. Saw many people having Biryani & Chicken Curry. Must be good i guess. Prices are very reasonable and the restaurant is located on the Main Road. The Restaurant also has an AC Family Section. So bringing ur family should not matter that much. Ambience is very Average !! Its a typical hyderabadi local restaurant. Irani Chai tasted good !!

We were travelling from Ooty to Nagpur and had a stop here in Hyderabad, with much expectation we parked our car in front of this hotel to have good authentic Hyderabadi Biryani but were disappointed. The biriyaani was not at all authentic, no salad was served, no proper bowls for curd or dal. The toilets are totally miserable, the wash basin is stinking, no hand-wash or soap. In short not a good dining experience.

Dum biryani with one n only big piece of chicken....easily sufficient for one person having normal diet. I think it's a speciality of serving or giving service or we can say the quantity of dum biryani in this hotel. Taste is not bad but....but I can say too good... One time investment.......OR better move to other.😉

This restaurant deserves ZERO STAR. They served butter chicken and the entire dish was tasteless and chicken pieces were like cornflour pieces with very tiny pieces. Nowhere I have tasted such tasteless and pathetic butter chicken curry in hyderabad. I would not recommend Taj Restaurant to anyone. Please don't go to Taj...
