Worst hotel ever fake ratings, horrible experience I stayed here with my wife and 1-year-old baby, and it was a nightmare from start to finish. The so-called positive reviews look completely fake because there was nothing good about this place. Rooms are pathetically small barely enough space for two people to stand. Bedsheets were dirty, stinking, and the entire room smelled awful. No proper cleaning, no basic essentials in the washroom.

The reception guy Prashant was extremely unprofessional he made my wife and baby wait outside until he finished his formalities instead of letting them rest in the room. Totally insensitive and careless.

He also fooled us by arranging food from some cheap third class restaurant, claiming it was good complete waste of money.

To make things worse, they kept our Aadhaar card even after checkout and didn’t bother to return it or even call us. I had to go back myself to collect it highly irresponsible and unacceptable.
