Hotel Nainas Palace — Hotel in Ujjain

My stay here was very disappointing. As i booked for whole day and we checked in in the evening When I checked in, the carpet was already wet, which was very uncomfortable. During the night, the electricity kept going off multiple times, and water even came inside through the duck window, causing more inconvenience. In the morning, breakfast was promised at 8 AM, but it was only served around 9:30 AM, and the quality was good.

On the last day, we had an early checkout at 7 AM. We were promised breakfast since it was included in the package we paid for, but the hotel staff said it would only be available at 8:30 AM because they bring it from outside. In the end, I had to buy my own breakfast from the same place they source it from.

Overall, the service and management were extremely unprofessional, and I would not recommend this...

Recently I stayed here for 3 days and trust me I had one of the best hotel experiences in Ujjain.

Starting with the staff itself, very helpful and friendly. They have answers to every question you have regarding darshan. They also provide cab service if you want to visit Omkareshwar temple.

Also they provide Darshan for Mahakal temple if you ask for it.
