I recently visited Jawahar Restaurant with high expectations, only to be thoroughly disappointed by the overall experience. The restaurant's inability to serve food promptly, combined with the lackluster quality of the dishes, left me with a sour taste in my mouth.

Let's start with the most frustrating aspect of my visit: the delayed service. It was truly appalling how they managed to serve only 20% of the patrons on time, despite not even reaching 80% of its capacity. This level of inefficiency is inexcusable and demonstrates a severe lack of professionalism. The waitstaff appeared overwhelmed and disorganized, leaving customers waiting far longer than necessary.

Even when my food finally arrived, it did little to redeem the experience. The quality of the dishes was subpar at best, leaving me underwhelmed and dissatisfied. The flavors lacked depth, and the presentation was lackluster. It was clear that the culinary team did not put much effort into crafting a memorable dining experience. For the price I paid, I expected much more in terms of taste and presentation.

What makes this entire ordeal more disheartening is that the restaurant was not even close to its maximum capacity. It is baffling to comprehend how a restaurant operating at a fraction of its potential could struggle so much to deliver timely service and decent food. The lack of attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction is evident throughout the entire establishment.

Furthermore, the staff did little to acknowledge or address the issues at hand. Despite numerous complaints from disgruntled customers, the management failed to take proactive measures to rectify the situation. This disregard for customer experience only amplifies the disappointment and frustration felt during the visit.

In conclusion, my experience at Jawahar Restaurant was nothing short of a letdown. The restaurant's failure to serve food on time, coupled with the mediocre quality of the dishes, left me with an unfavorable impression. WORST EXPERIENCE, PATHETIC SERVICE, EXPENSIVE AND NO SERVICE. We made a mistake by choosing this hotel for our baby's Naming ceremony. It claims to be 3star hotel, but fails to provide a service at every level. Food was pathetic, tasteless, rotis resembled peices of leather, bhajis was made in cheap vegetable ghee and had the peculiar smell of spoilt ghee. They failed to provide the chat corner that was paid for. Service is worst in all my experience that I had in my life. For about 170 guests they only provided 2 servers for starters and welcome drinks, which made it impossible for them to reach all the guests, food scarcity, hospitality was worst. The cutlery used was of every type and colour, some plates yellow, some in white, few in cream though all were dirty and film of oil and sticky substance over them, suggesting no proper cleaning of utensils. Let me describe the icecream for which we had paid enormous money was something that you buy at a local company made of water and artificial sweetner. The staff is least responsive, dont have any words to describe their lack of training, the most important thing that i observed during function is child labour, of about 3 to 4 under 18 kids were dressed in servers clothes and managing the ice cream and soft drinks counter. The washroom was unclean, unhygienic situated at far end of banquet hall, decoration was overused and soiled, flooring was secured by using brown sticky tape used for packaging. The carpet was torn at various places. I can't stop describing all the faults of this venue, but most importantly my child's first function and one important milestone of my life was ruined by this hotel and its management.
