Shiv Sagar Fine Dine — Restaurant in Ulhasnagar

Worst experience ever . I ordered punjabi paneer bhaji & butter rotis. I got it served in 3-4 mins . I was totally shocked by the speed & fast service ... I thought it in good way n didnt doubt... But when we started having food we came to know bhaji wasnt fresh & it was not prepared now.... It think it was prepared last day or few days ago and was kept in fridge.... Butter roti was very hard & same it was not fresh n was stinking &,wasnt fresh at all.... I dont recommend to go in this hotel. After this i ordered a 1 ltr. Water bottle . They charged Rs.30/- when the MRP was ₹20/- only & according to law we cant charge more than MRP.... Again After this when i ordered icecream They charged ₹60 instead when MRP of that icecream was ₹40/-. And finallg when i went to do payment of bill at that time i asked why you are charging more than MRP .... They told if u want u purchase or else go from here .... They even challanged me that u cant do anything even if u have stamped bill of the same..... Not a genuine...

Hotel shiv sagar fine din is located in the prime area of section-03 Shivaji chowk , Ulhasnagar. A pure veg restaurant with mouth watering taste with affordable cost and a pleasant ambiance. This a good place to spend time as in the awake of covid all the necessary precautions are taken by the management. . What we had ♨️ Manchurian dosa - 4/5 ♨️ Paneer tikka - 5/5 ♨️ Mashroom tikka - 5/5 ♨️ Manchurian noodles- 4/5 ♨️ Sandwich - 5/5 ♨️ Hakka chawin - 2/5 . . My overall experience with this place was good. Food quality and quantity was really good enough. I loved their Sandwich .❤️ . A definite try and value for money. Good place for party with Friends groups and family get together.❤️ . South Indian , chat , pizzas , Chinese , Indian almost every type of food you will get here.❤️ . . Extremely disappointed and appalled with the service at shiv Sagar hotel. We ordered strawberry and mango ice cream for our kids after dinner. To our horror, when I checked the strawberry ice cream, it expired in Feb 2025, which means it was already 6 months past its expiration date! When I expressed my concern and warned them about the potential harm to my child, their nonchalant response was that "nothing would happen". This attitude is unacceptable. It's shocking that they're knowingly serving expired food to customers.

A special appeal to FSSAI and food safety authorities: Please take note of this incident and ensure that hotels and restaurants adhere to strict food safety protocols. It's crucial to protect the health and well-being of consumers, especially children.

We'll never visit this hotel again and would advise...
