JW Marriott is a superb hotel with excellent customer service. Every staff greets guests with a “Namaste” and a genuine smile. This gesture goes a long way & gives a lasting impression on the “culture” of this hotel. Kudos to the management in this aspect. ||Room service is also wonderful. Surjendra has done very well in tidying up the rooms and going the extra mile of arranging our stuff in a neat and tidy manner. He also asks if we need anything and takes initiative in ensuring that the smallest requests are fulfilled instantly. It’s things like these that JW Marriott excels in customer service. ||At the reception area, Ms Kajol is also very exceptional. She also goes the extra mile and gives a personal touch in ensuring the guests are comfortable and necessities are met. She also gives a homely feel and guests are comfortable around her. Actually the receptionist are all wonderful here in JW Marriott. ||At the lounge area on the 14th floor, Mr Shlok and his wonderful team are on their toes in satisfying all the guests and make us feel like home. Wonderful job Shlok!||At the restaurant area, all the staff there are very friendly, smiling and give you a warm feeling that all your needs are met. Even if you give them a glance, they will come and check if everything is ok and if you need anything. This is an old building a heritage property type but with the time this building demands maintenance, because rooms are having some issues. First of all beds are not at all comfortable like we see in modern hotels The second thing is that washrooms have no ventilation at all there are no exhaust fans in the bathroom which makes them very suffocating.
The property is really nice no doubt very beautifully designed but service is just terrible. I have to call at the reception desk 4 times just for drinking water. And the housekeeping staff are the most lazy one which I have ever seen in a hotel. The guy who came for the room cleaning said sir kya karoge clean karakar sab saaf to hai i mean it's very pathetic.
