Hotel Radical palace — Hotel in Uttar Pradesh

We were their for our brother's engagement ceremony so we booked almost the entire building for guests and families of both bride and groom. We were their for two days and the rooms were very good and decent but it was little expensive according to its price but the staffs service were very fast and good. Their behaviours was very polite and friendly . Check-in experience was also equally good .Neat & clean rooms, comfortable bed, quiet air conditioning, hot water in washroom. Good restaurant and good food on ground floor. All is well except the access to the property. If driving, you may find getting there a bit challenge, but with Taxi, you should be fine as if lane is crowded, one can walk from main road to the Hotel. Tariff is reasonable.It's one of the best places I've ever stayed at. Though it's not a very expensive or start rated hotel, but the service standards and the way it's maintained it deserves 5 stars. It is located very close to the Lucknow station but in an residential area so the ambiance is really peaceful and nice. All other attractions like chowk, Hazratganj, Aminabad all are within a couple of miles and uber, Ola or even rickshaw works perfectly to reach those places. The rooms are big enough with all required facilities like cupboard, private bathroom with hot cold shower, AC, TV with DTH, seating table chair, sofa, comfortable beds that's required for a satisfactory stay. The only thing missing was a tea coffee maker in the room. Room service, housekeeping, reception staff were the most week trained and best in their standards. The complimentary buffet breakfast was nice and food otherwise was tasty and reasonably priced too. The room tariff was reasonable too. They even have an elevator inside. Must try : Alu paratha, Chole bhature, poha. ** Staff : Very friendly staff. You will find them eager to help.
