We had choosen this facility for quarantine, as this had a good rating and had mentioned to be equipped with all facilities. But on arriving at this facility, we were shocked. Stray dogs are lying all over the facility. This is a banquet hall which was converted into quarantine with around 10 rooms at the back of facility. Room Description: Dirt was all over the room, when we entered the room. There was a person named Aakash on the duty, and he said it is what it is and we had to adjust. With No functional AC @40 degrees heat.Then we tried to use the bathroom, and we were completely shocked and horrified, that its blocked and there was no water available, its stinking to an extent, that person could die. I went over to check the kitchen, it was a complete disaster as well, we haven’t ordered any food and the next day itself we vacated the facility. Last Nail in the coffin was Mr Alok Sharma, the so called General Manager of the property and wanted to call himself a son-in-law of chief secretary. He is a complete fraud and a cheat who is not at all sure about what to charge for the rooms- His numbers started from 8000, then down to 6720 , then said 5000 and later on said 4480. We gave him 6000 (2000*3) and we are still waiting for the change(1520) to be returned to us. Please don’t go by the old reviews, as there might be the change in the management.

very poor in professionalism. "Naam bde or darshan chote" ....is very appropriate for this resort.We selected big bite to an engagement event. two days before the event we talked with the owners of the resort regarding the venue decoration and food menu. The owner suggested us to opt for the best flower decoration with a bigger price. So on trusting the owner we chose to go for the best flower decor but the result was awful. The decor was just ok and normal.It felt our hard earned money went for toss. ANother thng which was very disappointing from the owner's side was..we told them even small things which they should take care like the stage sofa on which the bride and groom were to sit was not clean and was having spots all around the sofa.The owner convinced us that everything will be in place at the day of event. And to our surprise ...at the day of event also the sofa was like it was 2 days ago with all the spots highlghting on camera....it was very bad experience...and the worst thing was they chrged us for 100 plates extra which to our knowledge was not more than 50. Now this thing shows the owner's lack of sense of truth , professionalism and customer eccentricity . at last a humble advice that never book Big Bite for any event to be...
