East Lite Hotel — Hotel in Uttar Pradesh

My stay in this property was good , as i was not expecting this from this property- Baraily don't have much of an option when we look for good branded hotel but this hotel somehow gave me good fresh stay .

Room I stayed in was Deluxe Room , I got it for around 1800 with breakfast, Not bad I would say , you can get it more cheaper from oyo or Make my trip app , I did not explored that option , Room size was decent, washroom was clean , A/C , TV and other things were working just fine .

Food - I am Vegetarian and I somehow liked the food, for people who travel alot and like home food or miss home food hear you can get home type food , Nov veg is also available and prices are also balanced I would say - Menu pick attached

best things they have a beautiful garden well maintained were you can sit may be in the morning and enjoy your fresh cup of tea or coffee for the perfect start of the day .

Parking - they have good space available for parking.

Location- it's on a station road so location fine.

other shops are also available near by - ATM , confectionery, Wine shop , bakery all at a walking distance.

Worst staff||Booked executive suite through goibibo ||We reached the hotel at 7 pm. The hotel manager tried to fool us and provided a small room. On questioning, he provided us two small rooms and were asked to wait for half an hour as our Executive room was already in use. at about 10:15 PM, the manager took us to the executive room, which was not ready as leftover food was still kept on the tables and the room was dirty. He tried to convince us not to take that room. It was so late then that we had to settle with the two smaller rooms which we could have booked at rs.500 cheaper. We were also denied a concession which they had promised earlier. Moreover, the ACs were not effective and the water supply was interrupted several times. JUST...
