The Manor Bareilly Hotel — Hotel in Uttar Pradesh

Hey I want to tell you all what happened to me in the hotel manor . The staff doesn't know how to respect girls, especially the front office staff. The MD'S ARE GOOD AND KIND TOO NO DOUBT. but the General manager and the so called manager that doesn't take any action when somebody ssays to their staff the guy from front office he threatened me not once but twice and they doesn't took any kind of action and instead of that he blamed me ? Jabki I clearly told that boy do not talk to me or message me tab bhi they are chill and because of that guy I have to leave that job I never deny the face that maine whaa se bht kch sikha bht knowledge li but this fact ye kabhi nhi jhutla sakta ki wha pe ladkiyo ki koi ijjat nhi h They all are so uneducated they don't even know how to talk to a girl or in what language should be used to talk with girl they behave bht Ganda ek ladki ke sath the girls is not safe with these kinds of mans please I'm requesting with the leisure team the kinds of man who portray me wrong in front of mds because unki reputation khrb horhi h or the manager Mr imran and anshu was protected him instead of punished please take action this all are very wrong and so disrespectful to a girl photos share krne ka option nhi hai warna I have all the proofs and screenshot jha pe us ladke ne mujhe bola h tujhe mar kar mor bana dunga not once but twice just because I refused to talk with him please take action not for me but for the reputation of the MD'S nad the hotel the accounts staff they all are good and well educated they know how to...

Most pathetic hotel located at very prominent location. I stayed in Room number 309 and to my surprise just after check in there was no towel/ hand towel (Really???). After half an hour of struggle I was able to get the towel. Another surprising thing was when I was carving, I tried searching for in room dining menu but guess what? it was also not there. (Really you people are into hospitality industry???). I called 2 to 3 times for menu but no body came with the menu. Finally I went outside and brought something to eat and complained about this at reception. Reception guy assured me that he is sending menu in my room but guess what? It didn't arrive through out the night. Another guy at reception (must be hotel manager) was staring on my food packet as if I have committed any crime. No etiquette in staffs. I believe they must go through some grooming classes first before dealing with their guest. I would not recommend...

Room space is good, Room service also is good but below mentioned reasons, So I gave 2 star only...

1. Repeat two items add extra add in my bill.
2. When as I already pay cash of items, and also told it's item not add my food bill, They're fid two times in my bill.
3. Yesterday morning when I was check out reception person told "I anable to give ur bill because system OS(Windows) is crupt.
4. They are not resolve my issue in hole day(regarding wrong bill). 5)Yesterday evening when I went to collect the bill he was preparing the bill by putting the old food bill(Wrong Bill).When asked to fix after many times, then manager said "the bill can not change, we can not do anything,"
5. And his way of taking, I had made a mistake and he was being shouted me. I don't think he has the ability to talk to people" as a manager.

So over all I never recommend to any one he can stay...
