Cafe Fusion — Restaurant in Uttar Pradesh

I visited Cafe Fusion for a cup of coffee over the weekend. I had read good reviews about it so thought of giving it a try.

My first cup of coffee lasted for about 40-45mins, post which “the manager” Robin came up to me and asked if I am waiting for someone. I said yes I am, then he asked for how long I’ll be sitting. I told him I’ll be ordering another cup of coffee. He said ma’am there is a table charge if you sit for more than 30mins in the cafe.

Is this the way staff in the hospitality industry is supposed to behave? I would like to highlight this to the owner of the cafe and ask him/her to train their staff better.

How can they harass a customer in this way. For some people, a single cup of coffee can even last for an hour… you just cannot speak to customers like this!

I would not encourage anyone to visit cafe fusion, specially if you visiting alone, You will only be harassed when you go there. This is not a place where you can sit in peace and enjoy...

One of My Favorite Cafe in Bareilly city. As far back as I can remember, I have always liked going out to eat. Two of my favorite cafe the 'Cafe Fusion'. Though this places to dine they have their differences in their ambiance, waiting, and expense. When deciding where to go for casual talks, dates and meetings and to eat, I have three things to think about. I must consider the atmosphere or where I want to go. The amount of time I have is another consideration. The amount of money that I am able to spend is a big influence. The atmosphere at cafe fussion is casual, and people came to spend several hours. This cafe has a waiting room with long, leather-topped benches to sit on while waiting. Some tables are round and some are long rectangles, so everything can fit on them. Teally...

I've returned to the town after almost 20 years when I was amazed to see the city is popped up with many cafes and restaurants now. I've been exploring many of them already but Cafe fusion is best amongst all so far. Visit this for fantastic food with great presentation and hospitality. It's definitely great place for good food. I'd have given 5 star had only washroom was property maintained by the management so just...
