FabExpress Global Inn New - Hotel in Gomti Nagar, Lucknow — Hotel in Uttar Pradesh

We booked this hotel in a rush through booking.com. I was looking for a hotel in the Gomti Nagar area which had a user rating of 8+ in a reasonable price range around Rs 8000. Booking.com website provided this hotel meeting the criteria. Photos looked good and not being very familiar with Lucknow and the price range, I booked this hotel for a price which was well below the price range. I have booked Fab hotel in Allahabad in the lower price range and they were OK. However, Global Inn was a a total disappointment from the point of view of its location, cleanliness of its bathroom, sheets and towel. The bathroom had mould growing in the tiles. The only saving grace was the staff but what can they do when the infrastructure lacks the resources. |Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to any person and question those who have given this hotel a rating of 8+ on...

Our experience was fine but not that great what we were expecting.Our Room was spacious but without window.So, sometimes we felt a little suffocation in room.We booked the largest room there with breakfast.We are family of 3 - me, my husband and our 2.5 yrs old child. Breakfast was very limited and not sufficient for even 2 people.They never had food items which we ordered from their menu card,so we have to order dinner according to their choice which was very disappointing.
