ranjana heritage / OYO vikrant khand is good but located far from city's main attractions.||its in vikrant khand gomti nagar near Hotel RANJEES & is almost 15 km from lucknow junction.||its a new property & all the rooms are quite spacious with good aesthetic . beds are of king size & quite comfortable. sleep quality is good.||all the rooms comes with attached toilets & flat TV with good no of channels.||the hotels has three floors but no lift facility.all the rooms has windows so you dont feel dingy.||staffs are courteous but lacks professionalism.. ||complementary breakfast tastes good but they have very limited options in menu.||even other items tastes good but little expensive.||the hotel is located in a upcoming residential area so no market / restaurant nearby.||taxis / autos can be available for commuting to city from the main road almost half km from hotel.||wifi is poor .very slow.. rest ok||its value for money if you get a deal......

Booked this property through OYO rooms as I wanted to leave early by road for Gorakhpur and location was near to Faizabad Road. Reached at 10.40 PM but there was no one prepare food. However Mr. Pathak was very co-operative and arranged Dinner from outside and early breakfast for me.||Rooms are good but property is far from main city. Voucher # CHMM-7208170. Was there on January 07. The property has very good rooms, they are clean and well furnished. The hotel has two floors and does not have a lift-elevator. The description in clear trip does not specify that the lift does not exist. If you have an issue climbing stairs you will have to choose a room on the ground floor when you check in. If all rooms on the ground floor are full then god help you...
