Burger King — Restaurant in Uttar Pradesh

Baat krne ki tameez nhi hai na staff mein or na hi manager mein I ordered a wopper burger with fiery dip After waiting 30 min i got a call from there manager stating that they don’t have fiery dip and gave me other options On that i stated that i only eat that specific dip only. After this the manager said “toh sir aap order cancel krdo” Man you are telling me that you got to know that a part of my order is out of stock after a 30min of me placing the order. I had ordered food from them and some items were missing. Worst food service experience. Ordered twice from them using swiggy. Both the times they missed something. First time they forgot to send me chocolate thick shake. And today when i ordered a combo meal they just sent me a burger and the fries were missing. Thought this new branch will be working greatly but it does not seem so.
