I visited this restaurant yesterday with a friend for lunch buffet.. I am really shocked at the PATHETIC SERVICE AND VERY VERY BAD EXPERIENCE we had at your iThum restaurant... For drinks no mocktails or jaljeera we were only offered Shikanji or Chhaach....Then your staff did not even bother to serve us the full snacks menu...they forgot to serve us Paneer tikka, Papdi Chaat and Golgappa .. Thankfully we had already seen the Chatora point video so we called the waiter and asked him whether we will get these snacks or not and then they brought us these 3 items as well... Else they had only served us pineapple and corn tikki...Your staff totally forgot and ignored us like we are not present there in your restaurant at all... They never came back to ask if we want to repeat snacks.. We had to call them to get it repeated even for the 2nd time...Then tired of all this nonsense we moved towards the soup and there were no soup bowls.. Had to request 3 of your waiters and then got the soup bowls finally after waiting for 10 mins.. No waiter bothered to visit our table to ask if we need anything not even water... We had to call them again and again to provide drinking water too... Even your food quality is pathetic.. below average food...Have a lot to write more but I do not even want to spend my time and effort writing a complete review as it was a very very bad experience for us....Will never...

Worst Experience at Yellow Chilli, Greater Noida (Alpha 2) – Manager Joginder's Unprofessional Behaviour

I had the worst ever experience at Yellow Chilli, Greater Noida (Alpha 2), especially due to the extremely rude and unprofessional behavior of the manager, Joginder. He has no basic manners when it comes to speaking with customers. Despite us speaking politely, he was shouting at us from the gate, which was completely unacceptable.

We had booked a buffet for our office party for 30 people. Taking advantage of this, they charged ₹120 per water bottle, even though the market price is only around ₹40. When we tried to discuss this calmly, the manager started yelling and misbehaving instead of handling the situation professionally.

The food quality was also very poor and not at all worth the price. The desserts were completely stale, and the starters were served in such small quantities that we had to repeatedly ask for more. Despite being a buffet, they acted as if they were doing us a favor by serving.

To make things worse, they even included water bottles in the buffet bill, charging a ridiculous ₹1000 for them — absolutely senseless and worthless. The welcome drinks, which were supposed to be included, weren’t...
