Rooms are spacious and appear clean. AC is the highlight and works very well. If you enjoy the cold, you will love it. Much needed for the humidity intense place that Varanasi is in summers.

Visited on 30th December. The hotel has a very nice view of urban Varanasi and a nearby church, but nothing special, just noteworthy that this aspect did not fall below expectations, unlike many other things. We stayed on the fifth floor, and unfortunately we received zero WiFi service in our room. We made multiple complaints, and staff came up for the first one or two requests, but all they did was watch our phones not pick up any available hotel WiFi, then they just went down. The staff that came to help us were unhelpful. We asked one more time for help, and this time they sent no one up. We only stayed one night, and I understand that we may have been making them irritated, but I still think that our WiFi issue is the result of utter staff incompetence. We requested a kid’s bed, and staff members came up and brought us the bed. They then proceeded to go to the ground floor and they returned half an hour later and took a further half an hour to set up a mattress with legs on the floor of our room. The room itself was very nice, with a long desk and a nice chair, with two pre set beds which were neatly set and comfortable. The restaurant was definitely the best part of our stay. The restaurant served very fine and nice food for dinner, and the servers were very kind, friendly and patient. The hotel also has a KFC on the bottom floor.
