Hotel Janki International — Hotel in Uttar Pradesh

I stayed in this hotel from 13th august to 15th august. The service is very pathetic. They have every facility but they don't provide you anything. You will have to remind them atleast 4-5 times. You want water, tell them atleast 10 times; you want towel, call them atleast 10 times; you want toiletries, ask them 10 times. Every time they say "ladke ko bheje hai, la raha hai," Their breakfast is equally pathetic. Taste was so so, but service is very pathetic and deplorable. They put butter, pudi and sabji on the table, but no serving spoon or utensils to take it on your plate. Bread is finished ask them 10 times. No spoons and forks on the table. Every time they say" la rahe hai". Staffs are equally rude. We 10 persons was having breakfast and everything was finished, no Paratha no poha no bread, nothing was there. Everyone's plate is empty and they kept saying sir la rahe hai for the last 15 minutes. On the 2nd day, I started yelling on the staff, then the staff said" nasta hai khana nahi". They were not providing dinner and lunch, we ordered lunch from Zomato and call the service for providing cutleries and plates. I call them thrice. At last, I myself brought them from the kitchen. Beware : It's NO MORE a TREEBO Property. So as understood the service are not even close to the price they are charging. Hot water timings Morning 7-11 A.M and evng 7-10P.M. If you have to attend Mangla Aarti or looking to go early morning.. forget it. I had requested to put on the boiler at 5.00 AM ON Shivratri morning (wanted to do early darshan becoz of huge rush expected during the day) we were 3 of us staying, however reception guy refused and hanged up the phone. Considering, it's winter time with no AC bill generated, it's expected to provide more flexibility w.r.t. Geyser timings. Room tariff were 2.4 times during Shivratri period however, the services were very poor.

Coffee Maker not available in the rooms inspite of mentioning it on the booking platforms.

Breakfast is very basic with tea/coffee, cornflakes, bread and poori sabji.

Service and staff behaviour all day is poor especially the person at the reception.

Linen provided was very dirty. No hand towel. Had to call 3times every day to provide bath towel. I had stayed for 3days. Not a single day, a clean towel was kept after room service. As mentioned on some online platforms - no coffee maker/kettle (make my trip), no Hair dryer or mini bar (Trip advisor) is provided.

Al in all a NO-NO for stay...

Disappointing Stay – Not as Advertised

We booked an AC Deluxe Room expecting a comfortable and hassle-free experience, but unfortunately, our stay was far from what was promised. Starting from midnight, the air conditioning, geyser, and even the elevator stopped working. Despite our repeated complaints, none of these issues were resolved—not even by the time we checked out the next day.

To make matters worse, it appears the hotel does not have any power backup, although their website claims otherwise. We were left to spend the night in uncomfortable conditions, essentially without the amenities we paid for.

When we approached the receptionist for help, we were simply told to contact Goibibo since we booked through them. The staff were not able to communicate in English, which made it even more difficult to get any support or resolution.

In addition to these major problems, there were several smaller but unpleasant issues, including a bad odor in the room and visible stains on the bedsheets.

Overall, this stay was extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend this property to others, especially those expecting even basic service reliability and...
