Hotel Siddharth and Amrapali Resturant — Hotel in Uttar Pradesh

Wastage of money, this hotel can be only the last option, rooms r pathetic, bathroom unhygienic, service third class, we stayed there with my friend and his family and we're not allowed to serve outside milk(amul milk purchased from the local market) to their 3year old baby, saying outside food is not allowed. The milk served by the hotel/resturant was 80%water with impurities in it. So we purchased amul milk and requested the kitchen /restaurant section to arrange to boil the milk and serve and we're ready to pay the any extra charge for it . But Mr Bharti Manager at amrapali restaurant denied in a very rough and arrogant manner. We requested again again as my friends son did not eat any thing whole day, but they didn't listen.Really horrible. Every room full of cockroach 🪳,lizard. Staff were really very uncooperative arrogant. We requested to the staff at reception to provide the owners/ management contact nos so that we can give them the feedback then and there but we're denied. Not suggest...

Location is good. You have market around.. But the service is a great issue here. For example we had about two floors booked for the function we were attending, but the keys for the rooms were not provided instead they said that keys are not available. So call the service people every time u want to enter the room, they will open using master card. In that too half of the time master card was not working.. Many rooms had one or the other problem like AC was not working, or water was not coming or the washroom flash was not working n more.. Bathrooms are not made as per the space they had, thus it feels too small.. Showers are not proper.. Rooms are spacious, no issue with that. Food is sometimes good, sometimes bad. We also experienced another problem like, even on promising the room on some day for the function, they can give the room to someone else and your plans or function would...

I had very bad experience with the staff members. First of all we booked the hotel rooms 1 week prior by paying the advance of 5000/-. But on the day of our arrival they said there is some issue in our server so the data is not available so they can’t give us the rooms . We had huge argument with the receptionist we were all tired from the journey. Then we waited for 1 hr. After that they gave us only 2 room only and we booked 6 .

We called so many times for a single water bottle they replied that the room service is not available after 11 pm.

In one of our room there was broken shower. On they day of checkout they said the water bottle is chargeable they didn’t inform us earlier just added the price in final bill.

Room service was very poor. Manager was so rude. I would like to give them 0 rating but the option is...
