Hotel Heera Celebration — Hotel in Uttar Pradesh

I specifically had a horrible experience with reference to cancellation of 1 room. One of the staff asked me to send all the cancellation details. Firstly, I never was told what is their cancellation policy when I was booking the room inspite of asking the same multiple times. Earlier we were sure that we will not cancel any rooms but later due to a death in the family we wanted to cancel 1 of the 3 rooms we had booked in total.

We requested for cancellation approx 10 days before our arrival date to the hotel and there was no response whatsoever. I again followed up twice after that before our check in date and yet there was not 1 single response from their side. I called them to check and they asked to send whatsapp message and yet again there was no response. I felt like a mad person talking to myself due to lack of any response...

We booked 2 rooms through our bank company and 1 room individually so my family went to check in for the 2 rooms booked through company quota and while being there also we argued a lot with the reception (name available on request) but they did nothing about it and did not refund a single rupee.

If it was not for the 2 company quota booked rooms, we would have never even considered to stay at this place because it's not even a proper hotel but was just an accommodation place.

The rooms were below average, and service was worst.

If you do have even 1 choice, please do not select this hotel at any cost or stay at your own risk!! Nothing is even close to the service offered in hotels, let alone 5 star.

Even 5 star hotels offer much better cancellation policies and way better communication...

Recently visited.... 1.Location near Krishna Jann bhoomi. 2.Room was ok.... 3.U ve to call again n again for basic services,in which they take lot of time. 4.Booked hotel and paid extra for breakfast in advance for buffet, But they insisted to eat only 1 variety(aloon paraatha).In buffet everywhere we get lot of varieties. Finally after lot of conversation they provided 1 more variety and Quantity. 5.Lift was not working. 6.No one there to carry your luggage. 7.AC was working properly. 8.Toilet were small but cleaned. Few staff members were cooperative. 10.Finally Food were Tasty. 11.Overall experience not too good due to debate...

They have 'bad rooms'. Which is not to say all their rooms are uniformly bad, but they have some which are in a state of disrepair to the point of not being usable. Further, they will give you these rooms (maybe only if everything else is full - benefit of the doubt).

Their not-bad rooms are not all that great either. I didn't feel like letting the blanket contact my skin, for example. Just old and not well-maintained (holes in sheets) maybe.

Overall not a good experience. I'd rather the price point was lowered by lack of amenities or a kitchen (not that great) rather than...
