In case one is looking for a hotel with near by good Food joints, Grocery stores, Medical stores, easy access to local transport, major tourist spots and spacious rooms at affordable prices then this is one of the best options available for you. There are lots of positives about this Hotel: The Hotel staff is helpful and courteous since we wanted Front facing rooms on each floor and they immediately provided us with the same at the time of Check-In because these rooms are very spacious and clean. Though the restaurant was closed due to some renovation but still the chef of hotel provided my family with home like tasty food in our rooms which shows their commitment towards guests. We wanted extra water bottles in our rooms and Hotel staff did provide us with the same and that too at MRP unlike other hotels which charge higher price for additional water bottle. We wanted to rent Taxis for local travel and also for outstation travel so we sought help for hotel staff who immediately helped us with local taxi vendors that saved our time alot.

The only negative point about this hotel was the mattress were not that good for sound sleep and i understand that this hotel was being operated by someone else prior to this management taking over 2 months ago so I was assured that as part of their ongoing renovation the mattresses of each room would be replaced.

Overall I would rate this Hotel one of the preferred choices to stay in case you do not wish to spend more on exploring near by places including food and save on stay since the per night charge is affordable and one can definitely consider staying over here. My family liked their stay at...

"I must review this hotel to warn others – it's one of the worst I've ever visited.

I booked this hotel through booking dot com where they said you can pay at hotel.. After booking the hotel person called me and asked me to deposit 33% of the total amount otherwise the rooms will not be available. I paid the amount and stayed just for a day because I had no other options. As I wanted to cancel it but due to booking.com’s terms and conditions I need to pay the whole amount which I wasn’t ready and I checked out next day The booking process was problematic from the start; when I tried to postpone my dates, the hotel staff responded negatively. The facilities, staff, and kitchen were all subpar( 3rd class). Despite checking out after just one day, they charged us for two days. The rooms were filthy – the bedding was unclean, and the extra blankets looked like they were straight out of a thrift store. There was a strong tobacco smell in the rooms, and the blankets were so dusty that everyone in our group developed allergies. The staff's behavior was also terrible. Room service was limited to just calling them, and they didn't even provide water bottles. The ACs weren't working properly and were leaking water. Privacy was nonexistent – our neighbor would make noise while moving around, disturbing the entire hotel. Honestly, I couldn't find anything redeeming about this place. My stay at Janki Inn was the worst experience of my life."

Worst hotel I have ever seen. First they'll take your payment and afterwards they'll deny that the payment was for only 1 day. The same thing happened with me they told me to pay 2400 for 2 days later they said on 2 nd day of checkout that I have to pay 2400 as the amount was only for 1 day. Considering this I had some better options available in the city which are far better as compared to their service. So in short don't trust their pretty words. They are liar's. Worst experience in Banaras coz of this silly people. Even the hotel staff started fighting with us that turned into a quarrel. And at last I had to call the police. Which also didn't helped coz they are localite. I was having recording in my phone but they just said no it was only for one day.
